Elderberry Syrup DIY Kit
Elderberry Syrup has been used in herbal medicine for centuries to naturally boost the immune system and shorten the length and severity of a cold or flu.
This DIY kit includes all the herbal ingredients you need to make delicious elderberry syrup easily at home. 1 pouch makes enough syrup to fill an 8 oz jar or bottle.

Items You'll Need at Home:
- Pot or Large Saucepan
- Honey, Maple Syrup or Sweetener of Choice
- 8 oz Glass Jar or Bottle
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into the provided mesh pouch and secure the top. Fill a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Place the pouch into the water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to lukewarm. Remove the pouch from the water and stir in 1 cup of honey (you can use maple syrup or another sweetener of choice).
Pour the elderberry syrup into a clean 8 oz glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
Dosage:
Take 1 Tablespoon every 3 hours at the first sign of cold or flu symptoms
