Shipping policy

FREE Local Pickup Available in Orleans, ON. Simply Select "Pick-Up" at Checkout as Your Shipping Method. You Will Be Notified By Email When Your Order is Ready to Be Picked Up**


Processing Time: 

All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days unless specified otherwise. During the holiday shopping season (Nov.18-Dec.20) processing time will be increased to 3-6 business days due to increased demand. 

Shipping:

All orders will be sent with a tracking number to ensure we have an updated status on where your package is at all times. Shipping in Canada is free on orders of $80 or more. Shipping in US is free on orders of $200 or more* (*free US shipping covers the cost of sending the parcel only and does not include any duty, taxes, or tariffs which are to be paid by the customer prior to delivery)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking confirmation Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after being assigned to your parcel. For *estimated* delivery times, please see below:

  • Canadian Delivery: 1-5 Business Days
  • U.S Delivery: 7-10 Business Days

These are estimated and can move quicker or take longer depending on the time of year. Please keep an eye on your tracking information status. 

For U.S and other international destinations, it can take up to a week for your parcel to be accepted through customs.

Customs / Duty Fees:

Due to the latest regulations, all US orders will now be subject to a 50% tariff which is collected by and paid to the US government. *Please note that Stay Wild Apothecary is not liable for paying Duties, Customs, or any additional taxes charged by the courier prior to delivery, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any applicable charges. Orders returned to us due to error in shipping address, marked as undeliverable, or denied by the customer upon delivery will be fully refunded, minus a $48 deductable to cover return shipping fees and any additional return charges from the carrier.
