Where Are Your Products Made?
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches inside our studio in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.
Where Do You Source Your Ingredients?
Our ingredients are either sourced from local Canadian companies or grown and harvested by us in the warmer months
Are All Of Your Products Natural and Organic?
Yes, we source all of our ingredients from natural, plant-based derivatives. Whenever possible, we use certified organic ingredients. In our ingredients liost for each product, a * is beside each organic ingredient
Are Your products Vegan?
Most of our products are made from plant-based ingredients, however, we do include Canadian sourced beeswax or honey from local beekeepers in a few of our formulations:

Do You Use Recyclable Packaging?
Yes, all of our products are either packaged in glass, recyclable plastic, or compostable paper wrap
Do Your Products Expire?
All of our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients and without chemical preservatives. Once opened, our products maintain optimal freshness for up to one year. Store away from direct sunlight, excessive heat or moisture to ensure a long lasting shelf life.
Are Your Products Pregnancy Safe?
Our products are pregnancy safe, however you should always consult your doctor or primary care provider before using any product with herbal extracts or essential oils if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Are Your Products Tested on Animals?
No, we only test our products on human volunteers
Is Your Skincare Line Suitable for All Skin Types?
Yes, we have formulas suited for all skin types, even acne prone or extra sensitive. If you have any questions about which products are right for you, please reach out to us and a member of our team will be happy to assist you in making a selection for your skin's needs

Is There A Discount I Can Apply To My Purchase?

Can I Use More Than One Promo Code At A Time?
Only one promo code can be applied per order
Do You Sell Gift cards?
Yes, you can click here to purchase a gift card with your desired amount. They are digital and will be available for use instantly after the checkout is complete
I Placed My Order But Need to Apply A Discount/Make An Edit
Unfortunately there isn't a way to apply a discount or make changes to an order once it is placed. If it has not shipped yet, we can cancel the order and you can make any changes to the new one. If an order has already shipped we are not able to cancel or make any changes. Please email megan@staywildapothecary.com for assistance
