A multi-purpose disinfecting herbal salve made with homegrown calendula flowers from our summer harvest.
Calendula is a powerhouse herb known for its ability to speed the skin-healing process as well as cleanse and prevent infections in scrapes, cuts, and other broken skin issues (always make sure you thoroughly clean wounds with soap and warm water before applying an ointment to prevent sealing bacteria into the skin.)
Calendula effectively relieves inflammation and works wonders on burns and rashes as well. This salve does not expire and will last for years in your medicine cabinet - just make sure you keep it stored in a cool, dark place to keep it in its freshest state.
TO USE: Apply anywhere the skin is damaged, irritated, dry, or inflamed. Suitable for the face. Avoid direct contact with eyes or mouth. For external use only. Suitable for all ages.
